Pronounced ‘Ray - Key’

Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki translates as “spiritually guided life force energy.”

‘Rei’ means “universal” or “spiritual wisdom” and ‘Ki’ refers to “life energy”

When this energy flow is blocked or stagnant, it may manifest in the body discomfort, imbalance, or disconnection.

Reiki allows the returns of the natural state of flow and harmony within.

The Reiki practitioner uses their hands to channel this energy to support the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual parts of the guest.

Reiki helps clear any blockages, gently cleansing the energy within the body and restoring the innate wisdom and harmony of the whole self.

It does not require force or direction by the practitioner. Instead, it flows where its needed. Honouring free will and the wisdom within.
