The word Chakra means “spinning wheel of energy” or “energy centre” in Sanskrit. Chakra are vital points in the bodys energetic system, each associated with specific physical organs, endocrine glands, emotional states, colours and elements. Balancing these have a profound physical, emotional and spiritual impact.
